Love Thy Neighbour Organisation is the outreach and community development arm of Unity in Christ Church. It was established to bring hope, restoration, and practical support to individuals and families facing hardship.

Driven by compassion, love, and dignity, the organisation serves as a living expression of Christ’s command to love our neighbours. Our work goes beyond charity — we aim to restore dignity, rebuild confidence, and equip individuals with skills that enable long-term independence and transformation.

Our Heart for the Community

Love Thy Neighbour Organisation works closely with vulnerable groups including the unemployed, recovering drug addicts, the frail, and children in need. Through consistent engagement, care, and empowerment, we create safe spaces where lives are restored and hope is renewed.

Daily Feeding Programme

One of our core initiatives is our daily feeding programme, which operates from Monday to Friday. This programme ensures that vulnerable individuals have access to nutritious meals in a dignified and respectful environment.

• 100–120 meals served daily
• 600 meals per week
• 2,400 meals per month
• 28,800 meals served per year

This programme supports adults, unemployed individuals, recovering addicts, the frail, and children after school.

Skills Development & Empowerment

In addition to meeting immediate needs, Love Thy Neighbour Organisation is committed to empowering individuals through skills development and training. These programmes are designed to restore dignity, build confidence, and equip participants with practical skills for employment and self-reliance.

Community Garden Project

Love Thy Neighbour Organisation also operates a community garden, which plays a vital role in promoting food security and sustainability.

The garden provides fresh produce for our feeding programme while offering participants an opportunity to learn agricultural skills, teamwork, and responsibility — further contributing to holistic community upliftment.
